This is a work in progress. It is a quick scene that I made to study a few thing such as:
– texturing in Substance Painter;
– how to create procedural materials in blender and bake them to use as a base for different channels;
– how to load SP´s textures to use in Cycles;
– lighting a simple scene;
– learn more about displacement maps from zbrush, displacement modifier and microdisplacement in Blender;
The goal now is to reproduce the scene as close as possible in Maya and VRay and then, take it a few steps further to make it more suitable for production.
